Sales Engineering Leader
Zorroa is an early-stage startup competing in the fast-paced machine learning tools market. We've recently launched our new SaaS Product and are ready to add a Sales Engineer to our team. This is a strategic role in promoting and selling Zorroa solutions to customers using technical, product, and industry knowledge. Zorroa is a remote company and the position location is flexible.
Responsibilities

Use technical skills & product knowledge to demonstrate to potential customers how our products add business and technical value

Identify & demonstrate how Zorroa products may suit the customer better than competing products

Create virtual demonstrations of our products in user workflows using production-level content

Advising customers on how best to use the Zorroa products

Providing the product team with customer insights and technical ideas to enhance the product

Work directly with sales to support customer meetings, virtual demonstrations, training customers on how to best use our products

Provide initial training & technical support to customer
Skills Required
-
5+ years of experience in sales environments, demonstrating highly technical products, preferably in B2B SaaS

Selling and consulting on technologically-advanced products

Knowledgeable with machine learning concepts, cloud deployments, and API integrations (e.g. GCP, AWS, Azure, Python, Kubernetes, REST APIs), general understanding of software architecture

Experience in Media workflows a plus (production, news broadcasting, distribution, …)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a highly-technical audience & non-technical audience

Work under pressure and remain focused, confident, and professional

Collaborate effectively with peers and customers across remote locations
